David is a Senior Associate in our Commercial Disputes team.
David focuses on contentious issues including breach of contract, breach of trust, corporate claims, business and partnership disputes, shareholder disputes and insolvency related litigation. He is regularly instructed to both bring and defend claims that have arisen in the context of insolvency and bankruptcy.
He has acted for a wide range of clients, from individuals to charities, resident management companies and large commercial entities. He also regularly acts for healthcare professionals and businesses, including GP Partnerships.
He is also able to deal with contested wills and estates.
