Megan is a Trainee Solicitor in our Employment and Immigration team.
Megan currently supports on Employment matters such as investigations and Employment Tribunal litigation, and recently co-presented Capital’s 2023/24 Employment Law Update Breakfast Briefing.
Megan studied BA Philosophy and Welsh at Cardiff University and graduated with First Class Honours. Following this, she completed her Graduate Diploma in Law and Master of Laws in Legal Practice there. Megan’s Masters dissertation focused on the legal and ethical impact of zero-hours contracts and the gig economy on the UK labour market.
During her studies, she was involved in University Pro-Bono schemes and gained work experience with the Welsh Government, Hugh James, Darwin Gray LLP and Morgan LaRoche.
Megan is a fluent Welsh speaker and has a certificate in Advocacy in Welsh.
