At this in-person event, learn about the law as it relates to trans individuals, how to prevent and deal with trans discrimination issues in the workplace and how best to support your employees that identify as transgender or non-binary.
The event includes a talk delivered by Robin White on trans discrimination law. Robin is a leading barrister in all aspects of employment law and has acted in several leading cases relating to transgender discrimination law. She also lectures and writes extensively in this area having co-authored “A Practical Guide to Transgender Law,” the only legal textbook covering the topic.
Capital Law’s employment and immigration lawyers, with significant practical knowledge and experience both within the tribunal and on an advisory level, will also take you through a series of case studies, to provide tips and answer any questions.
There will also be an opportunity to network and ask questions.
