On Saturday the 15th September, Capital Law will be hosting a charity cycle ride, in support of our charity of the year, Wooden Spoon.
We’re encouraging all abilities to take part – whether you’d like to cycle as part of a team or individually.
There will be two routes around Cardiff and the Vale for you to choose from. The first is aimed at beginners/ intermediates at 30 miles, and there’ll be a 50-mile route for the more advanced cyclists among us.
Entrance is £50. It’ll include a complimentary cycling jersey and water bottle, along with food and refreshments back at Capital.
Itinerary
10:30 Registration at Capital Law
11:00 Beginners/ Intermediate cyclists (30 miles) will set off
11:15 Advanced cyclists (50 miles) will set off
12:00/12:30pm Refuel at ‘The Sportsmans Rest’, Peterstone-super-Ely
3:30/4pm ETA back at Capital Law for a well-deserved bowl of chilli and a beer.
Insurance
The event will be covered under Cycling UK Organisers Liability Insurance. Cycling UK also offer individual Third-Party liability cover by becoming an affiliative member at £24 per year.
All proceeds will be donated to Wooden Spoon Charity
