    Egnida will be presenting a case study on their Battery Storage Project at Blaenymaes. Providing an overview of a live project and discussing current and future revenue streams. Finally, Capital Law will examine the contractual mechanisms that can be used to facilitate energy projects such as these.

  3. What current contractual mechanisms can be used to facilitate these projects? 

    Power Purchase Agreements, EPC Contracts, Cost Sharing Agreements, Connection Agreements, Operation and Maintenance Agreements, Balance of Plant Contracts, Alliancing Agreements and Funding/ Facility Agreements.
