Angharad is a Senior Associate in our Commercial Property team.

Angharad joined our Real Estate team in 2020, having trained at Irwin Mitchell in London. Angharad deals mainly with banking and corporate support work alongside landlord and tenant and core commercial property.

Our cross-firm healthcare experts have worked collaboratively on significant healthcare projects in recent years – Angharad has a keen interest in this sector and leads on this area for the team.

Angharad’s key clients include Westbridge, HSBC, Ascona Group, Development Bank of Wales and [include others – Project Dragon etc]

Advising DBW on various transactions in relation to the property aspects of development sites across Wales with a number of property development executives at DBW, this includes Development Loans to Datblygiadau Moelfre Developments Ltd; Erlas Developments Ltd, Provost Developments (Ross Road) Ltd and Calon Homes LLP. This includes advising and reporting on planning conditions, purchase contracts, planning obligations and other issues.
