Cerith is a Solicitor in our Corporate & Private Equity team.
He advises investors, companies and shareholders on various corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, private equity investments and management buyouts. Cerith also provides support on general corporate governance and advisory workstreams.
Cerith trained at Capital and qualified in 2022. Prior to starting his legal career, Cerith spent several years as an insurance broker for a leading firm of brokers, specialising in legal indemnity insurance.
Cerith is a fluent Welsh speaker.
