Charlotte is a Senior Associate in our Commercial Disputes team.

Charlotte advises clients in a broad range of corporate, commercial and individual disputes.

She has experience assisting clients in contractual disputes, contentious data protection and contested estates. Charlotte has a particular interest in alternative dispute resolution and dispute avoidance.

Charlotte has experience in representing clients in the County Court, High Court and Court of Appeal and gained her Higher Rights of Audience (civil) in January 2024

£multi-million contract dispute
Assisting in advising an international company in a pre-action £multi-million contract dispute following recission involving claims of unjust enrichment, quantum meruit and proprietary interest in land.

Defending £multi-million claims before the High Court
Assisting in advising a director and associated limited company in defending £multi-million claims before the High Court relating to alleged breaches of a Joint Venture Agreement.

Data protection requests
Advising clients on matters involving data protection including steps to be taken following a data breach, ICO (Information Commissioners Office) reporting, and contentious subject access requests.
