Hannah advises on a range of commercial property transactions and heads up the real estate corporate support team, as well as the occupiers team.

Hannah has a broad range of experience and deals with most elements of commercial property work with a particular focus on landlord and tenant, acting for both occupiers and owners across various sectors. Hannah also oversees high value investment acquisitions and the subsequent asset management.

Hannah is our senior supervision lawyer, who overseas corporate support transactions, working closely with our corporate team to implement risk mitigation plans during the early stages of a deal, providing for a seamless process, avoiding delays and ensuring we deliver on extremely tight timescales.

Corporate deals, particularly in the healthcare sector, tend to involve substantial property portfolios – by way of example, recent transactions have resulted in the need to undertake detailed due diligence against 60 separate property assets. Hannah and the team add value with in depth experience of overseeing complex/multi asset projects of this nature.
