Jordan specialises in private equity and venture capital work, involving investments, disposals and management led transactions. He also provides support on general corporate advisory and governance issues.
Jordan acts for shareholders, managers and companies across England and Wales, advising on complex corporate transactions.
In 2019, Jordan was seconded to our client H.I.G. Capital, a leading global private equity investment firm, working in their legal department and assisting each of their European offices.
