Kellsey Logue - Capital Law

Kellsey is a Senior Associate in our Commercial team. She specialises in commercial contracts and intellectual property.

Kellsey joined Capital Law in 2016 and completed her training contract with the firm. Kellsey is now a Senior Associate in the Commercial team and works with clients on a variety of commercial work across a broad range of sectors.

She has expertise in and regularly advises clients on intellectual property, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, conducting commercial due diligence and advising on data protection compliance.

Kellsey leads the corporate support unit within the Commercial team, assisting the firm’s corporate lawyers with commercial aspects of the sale and purchase of businesses.

Prior to joining Capital, Kellsey worked as a Commercial & Legal Assistant at Dragon LNG.

Kellsey was recently recognised as a ‘Rising Star’ in the 2023 and 2024 Legal 500 rankings in relation to Intellectual Property.
