Maria is a Partner and leads our Commercial team. She specialises in commercial contracts and data protection.

She guides clients through negotiations, advising on outsourcing, commercial procurement, and joint ventures. Maria advises on a range of regulatory and compliance matters including corporate governance and anti-money laundering compliance. She has expertise in data protection, helping clients to comply with the law and ensuring they have the correct policies and documents in place.

Maria also works on regulatory matters, corporate governance, and anti-money laundering compliance. With data protection expertise, she ensures legal compliance and proper policies. Maria also excels in corporate restructuring, assisting companies and insolvency practitioners.

She works with in-house legal teams and business development and finance teams, drawing on experiences of a ten-month secondment with Orange and a four-month secondment with Dragon LNG.

As a qualified trainer, Maria offers sessions on contract management, data protection, anti-money laundering, directors’ duties, and legal risk management.

Additionally, she serves as a Trustee for Age Cymru, the national charity for older people in Wales.

ITC Global Security Limited
Acting for ITC Global Security Limited revising their suite of standard documents. We also draft and /or advise on all of ITC’s customer contracts and master services agreements.

EUI Limited
Acting for EUI Limited (trading as Admiral) under a commercial/IT retainer. Work includes revising documents for a software consultancy arrangement, significant master licences, renewal of licences, updating T&C’s and reviewing contracts for the delivery of custom IT solutions.
