Nina is an Associate in our Employment and Immigration team.
Nina supports many businesses on employment-related matters across a range of industries, including retail, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, retail and the hospitality sector. Nina is also part of the firm’s business immigration team, supporting businesses to successfully obtain a sponsor licence and understand their compliance duties as a licenced sponsor. Nina also supports employers in understanding how to conduct a right to work checks and more recently, has advised clients on obtaining High Potential Individual visas and is keen to extend her practice in this area.
Nina also has an interest in general HR advisory work and is an experienced investigator, having provided independent investigation support on a range of grievance and disciplinary issues.
Nina currently spearheads Capital Law’s pro bono initiative, which allows trainees to engage with the pro bono community by providing guidance and support to students who volunteer at the University of South Wales Legal Advice Clinic.
