Shaunna is an Associate in our Commercial Property team. She joined the team in January 2023.

Shaunna works for a wide range of clients across the public and private sectors, in particular further education and private developers. Shaunna has broad experience with a particular focus on real estate finance, dealing with multimillion pound transactions for major lenders such as HSBC Bank.

Most recently, Shaunna has overseen multiple portfolio re-financing for our developer client Randal Watts. Shaunna also acts for Ascona Group on acquisitions and disposals.

Currently, Shaunna is involved in a multi disciplinary energy projects for our client, Menter Mon, including delivery of a Hydrogen scheme in North Wales.

As the Vice Chair for the South Wales Forum for Tomorrow Committee Shaunna organises events for young professionals in the construction and property industry.

In 2018, Shaunna was recognised as one of the 30 young lawyers to watch in Wales.
