Toby is a Solicitor in our Commercial Property team.

Toby trained at Capital Law and qualified into the Commercial Property team in September 2023. During his training contract, he spent the majority of his time in the Commercial Property team, where he gained a high level of experience in all aspects of commercial property.

Since qualifying he continues to deal with landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals and supporting with the real estate aspects of corporate acquisitions.

Most recently, Toby dealt with multiple disposals of healthcare facilities following successful settlement of a major dispute by our litigation team. Toby also dealt with the re-gear and major works project for of a Theatr in Mid Wales.

He also acts for the British Medical Association and regularly advises GP partnerships on matters relating to their premises.
