We know how complex construction projects can be, often with multiple stakeholder interests to balance, including those of developers, purchasers, tenants, occupiers, funders, and investors. Our broad experience across all aspects of a transaction allows us to adopt a pragmatic and commercial approach.
Our clients work with us from the inception of a project through procurement and project structuring, to completion of an operational scheme. If issues arise along the way, we can support with construction advice and dispute resolution. We offer a comprehensive service, including facilitating and documenting the resolution of disruptive risks as appropriate.
We work closely with colleagues on mutual investment model (MIM), private finance initiative (PFI) and public private partnership (PPP) projects – for example major road and infrastructure concession projects, the construction of advanced educational facilities, and innovative, market-leading renewable energy projects.
